“Starburst: Color Photography In America 1970–1980″ at Princeton Art Museum - On view through September 26, 2010, at Princeton Art Museum, “Starburst, the first-ever museum survey of the “New Color Photography” in the 1970s, stars 18 artists who fast-forwarded their medium out of its black-and-white past and put it at the center of contemporary art. The exhibition features generous bodies of work by eighteen artists, from the still-prominent, such as Stephen Shore, William Eggleston, Jan Groover, and Joel Sternfeld, to key figures of the period, including Eve Sonneman, Neal Slavin, John Pfahl, and Barbara Kasten.” The photographs are stunning, and the exhibition also includes a web component that is well worth visiting.

As the designer experiments with colour and cut this is a collection that like the circus, contains a diverse ensemble of intriguing, exciting and wondrous characters. Ughetti has managed to create a sartorial circus without playing dress up.

The luxury of choice,
Last friday I had the pleasure of knowing, from deep inside, the Dorchester Hotel.
I can list a long list of wonderful things, but I call attention to the Bar of one of the Suites.

A true English hotel has a wide selection of drinks and their corresponding glasses for drinking. Besides having maybe the best view of London.
